Just another History.

Just minutes more to go, my first 21 years on earth will be another part of my history. I can’t believe it!! It feels like it was just yesterday (Okay. Sound so cliché. haha) when I had my balloons given to me by my forever friends and few hours from now I’m turning 22 already! Gaad! Time flies really fast whether you’re having fun or not. Btw, I don’t know what exactly I should feel. The fact that I’m becoming a year older again makes me feel pressured. Pressured in a way that I should have my own kind of living by now yet I am still here at my comfort zone. It’s not what I exactly hoped for. I told myself before that at this age I should be independent already but it seems like things are different from what I used to think. But anyway, to cheer me up, I still feel so happy and blessed for all the things I have now. They may not be part of the plan, I am definitely sure they are what I need and they are more than those what I wished to have! J

At the age of 21, I became fully aware about my life. This is where I finally started to think about my future. Compared before when I was still a student, it was totally different. I am such a happy-go-lucky one then. I didn’t think what is going to happen after doing something horrible or let’s say, deciding something base on my current emotion. Well, it’s my past and I learned a lot of things from it which makes me who I am now. I think, whoever this person I am at the moment, I am certain she is not the person she used to be back then. I’m wiser now and a lot better! J

Before I welcome another year in my life, I would like to call to mind some of my dreams that came true…

Visited Singapore.
Featured to an online shop.
Passed the board examination for Nutritionist Dietitian.

Well, passing the licensure exam has been out in my bucket list since I decided not to take the exam last year but it seems that God has it in store for me and I guess it is the reason why I did not get a chance to work in Sg. Oh well, I thank God for giving me this wonderful gift after all!!! Now I learned that no matter how much you try for something just to have it if it’s not yet time for you to have it, and then go on! Just always have faith in God. Always trust him. In times of trouble, that means God is still working! J

Now, I will welcome my 22^nd birthday with full of positivity and believe that soon I will have the things I’ve hoped for..

Tattoo

The word tattoo is derived from the Polynesian word ‘ta’ which means striking something
and the Tahitian word ‘tatau’ which means ‘to mark something’.

I know everyone is familiar with the word and what it means. This thing has been with us 5000 years ago and until now, a lot of people still want to have their own. The fact that everybody is getting more creative at this instant; it’s no wonder why tattoo lives this long.

Tattoo is very intriguing. It has a lot of meanings. Some of these are name of someone who is special to them, a number, sign or even words that they want the world to know about them and for some, its curiosity that prompts them to do so. Whatever could be the reason, I am convinced that tattoo is really one of the finest things that humans have ever invented!!!

So, let’s go to my point why I am talking about tattoos! Haha! The other day, I together with my friends went to a place where you can have your own hena. Hena is another alternative for tattoo. It is a tattoo-like-thing. HAHA. They only differ on how long they can last. Henna last only for a week or two but tattoo, it will stay as long as we want it. okay, fast forward. After seeing their different design, my friends and I decided to give it a try. So tomorrow will be the day! And I am so excited! We already chose a design. Actually, it was me who chose. Haha. And it would be a Dream Catcher! Gaad! The first time I saw it, I already said it’s my final pick. But then, we are not yet decided which part of our body we are going to have it on. I will give you an idea what Dream Catcher looks like. Here!

Don’t you just love the color and the design? If ever I want to have a tattoo in future, it will still be my pick!!!

Anyway, I got my first Hena during my 18^th birthday and I felt sort of awkwardness having this thing before because of some family reasons. Haha.

Hello Everyone! Happy Holy Week! How’s your vacation so far? Mine, well nothing is new. Still waiting for something to come in my way. Anyway, lately, been so busy applying for job online and now I’m anticipating for a call. I have so many plans at the moment and one is already down. I mean, that plan is left undone again. Urg. I really don’t know what to do first. I’m dying to have a work because it seems like I’ve been left by time. I think I’m the only person that is not acquiring change. It’s so heart breaking to see that most of my college mates are already working while me, hay. Tambay pa din, That’s why I’m trying so hard to pass my application anywhere that has a vacancy for a person Like me!!!! Hay. However, I’m still positive that sooner or later, I’ll get a job that really suites to my interest. In time, it’ll arrive!

So yeah! Sorry for being mellow dramatic. I just can’t contain this feeling no more. I hope you understand. By the way, enjoy your summer guys! Make the most out of it inspite of the scorching heat of the sun! Have you not notice it? The climate is getting hotter and hotter and I wanna get myself in the refrigerator! LMAO! Till then! Lately, I’m so hooked with Lenka’s songs esp with this song. It’s just that I can relate to the lyrics. It feels like this song speaks what my heart wanted to say to the world. Haha. I wanna be anything I’m not doesn't mean I want to be someone else, what I’m trying to say is that I want to be someone I’m not used to be. Really. I want to be anew. I want my life be transformed into something different like for instance, before, I’m the type of person who lives her life dependent. I depend to all the people around me especially everytime I got myself in difficult situations. This time, I want to stand on my own. Whenever there’s a problem whether it’s big or small, I want to get myself out of it without anyone around me. I desperately wanted to be matured in a way that I can provide all my needs and wants from my own money. I want to be Miss independent. Apart from myself, I want to have a change of environment too. I believe that in order for you to have a change, you also have to get away from the people you are used to be with, things you used to do and place you used to live. Agree? In that way, change of nature will help you not only to have a transformation but it will also make you learn new things. J BUT, not because you are in a situation where everything is new, you also have to change your friends and family. NO. You can’t change them but possibly, you can have more friends and family! It’s happier, isn’t it? So yeah! This is what I’m trying to do at the moment, doing transformation at a time and making a difference bit by bit until I change myself into anything I’m not. J

Singapore: A Dream Come True!

Merlion Park, Singapore

Fact: Merlion is the symbol of Singapore. it is 8m high and 70 tons of weigh.

Location: Near Fullerton Hotel, Marina bay waterfront.

At my back are the buildings that you can see in Raffles City. i love that place next to Orchard! :)

Marina Bay Sands

-one of the most luxurious hotel in Singapore and whole wide Asia. it has 57 floors if i'm not mistaken. At the top of this hotel, there's a pool and some bars where you can hangout with your friends and even with your family.

on my right side facing the camera is the Singapore Flyer! i thought of this before as Big Ferris Wheel. haha.

Last January 15, I arrived here in Singapore. The day that one of my greatest dreams came true! To visit or to live in this country is really in my bucketlist since before so when my mom let me go here, I really feel so happy but ofcourse, I can’t deny the fact that I feel some loneliness in me because I thought of staying here for a long time, I mean a year. Haha. But it seems like God has some other better plans for me that I have to come home SOON.J

For almost two months of being here, I learned a lot of things already and there are so many great things also that I feel so glad about because some of them are my first time like travelling in a plane and train. Haha. Eating Singaporean foods which are very spicy. Gaah. And one of the most exciting is that getting to the places I just saw in the pictures before like Merlion Park, Marina Bay sands and a lot more! I feel so blessed! I can’t help myself thanking God everytime for everything I have now. J

Dream! Don't limit yourself to the things that only your eyes can see nor ears can hear. Try doing new things! Never be afraid just Believe in yourself and have faith in God. Just like, i'm just an ordinary girl i'm trying and trying to make my life extraordinary!
